These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of theguttermen.com (the "Site"), operated by The Guttermen, LLC ("The Guttermen," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program. The Guttermen, LLC ("The Guttermen") operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their service requests.

When you receive texts and what they contain. When you provide your mobile phone number — for example, on a quote or contact form, over the phone, or in person — and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Guttermen at that number. These messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, service and job updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, dispatch and arrival notifications, invoices and payment reminders, and responses to your questions (customer support). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or reply START, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers. Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and privacy. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The Guttermen. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors or service providers who support our text messaging program (such as messaging platforms) is used solely to provide that service. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our gutter installation, repair, and maintenance services and to request a quote or contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or disable it.

Services, Estimates & Pricing

Information on the Site — including service descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability — is provided for general informational purposes and may change at any time without notice. Any prices, estimates, or figures shown on the Site are not final or binding. A firm price is provided only in a written estimate or contract after an on-site assessment of your specific property. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract; a project is confirmed only when we provide a written estimate and you accept it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to The Guttermen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and providing a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current. This disclaimer applies to the Site itself and does not limit any workmanship warranty we separately provide in a signed contract for services performed.

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina.
